Rude and ineffective. They make the visa application process so annoying that I HATE travelling. Lack of English speaking personnel and the women love to gossip about the "yabanci". Unbelievably RUDE. Last but not least, the woman crossed out my last trip saying "One trip only". Since Italy offers multipleentry visas, this does not make sense. In addition, they will force you to take new photos at 25TL and say things like "hair behind ear". I really wish that there were a better way to get a Shenghen visa for people who speak English (global language which is not spoken at IDATA) By the way, last time round, they lost my passport.
