I've attempted to book a session at this studio 4 times over a 5 day period. With the company never reaching back out. I called at several different points of a day thinking it was the timing but nope it's just bad customer service. The website is good on informing you about what the studio has to offer. But the issue begins when you are trying to get the rates. You call they take your information and say they are going to get it to the booking department which hasn't happen in a 5 day period. I've talked to 4 different people after trying to book the session who took the same information an no follow up. Each time I talk to a new person there it's like a recording with a new voice and no follow up. They will most likely reach out after this review but I'm not interested no longer and will not be taking down the review. I will say fix your problem so the next person doesn't have to go through that.

Details of my session were finalized, and I came in the same week. The recording engineer was very quick, and we were able to record/comp a whole piano track in 2 hours. The piano is great; as far as I know, this is the only studio in Atlanta that has a mini grand. Because of great service, I revised my review from 1 star to 4. It still took WAY to long to book my session (nearly a month) but once it was booked, things went smoothly.

They are covid safety friendly and everything is clean, smelling good and looking good. My client - an A list Sanger, books the A room always that has a live room and large booth attached to it but the B room is lovely too. The booking process is easy and maybe because Tre usually takes care of it from A to Z for us or it just is. Tre is amazing tho. We typically bring our preferred engineer however, Tre recommended us to Tim when we needed a last minute session & Tim was awesome. He worked well with my client who is a Legendary ICON name without any glitches on his end. We are happy with our service at Blue Room & they always take very good care of us. Tre was not our house manager for the first time yesterday, we had Phillip and he did not skip a beat. He handled everything perfectly for us. Your snack tray in the studio is good for your clients in case their sugar gets low and hot tea and coffee and water are always options as well as a house punch.
