Ben responded on a holiday and reassured me that he and Josh, his staff associate, would take care of the insurance needs as soon as possible. Ben also informed me that my son was able to transfer the coverage from State Farm in California to Michigan with ease. Horrible customer service. Calvin and his team dropped the ball after my policy was cancelled out…read moreof the blue. They told me they'd find me a competitive plan but there was no sense of urgency and my policy expired without a new one in place. Then they continued to charge my premiums after the property was sold. I've requested a refund several times. It's been over a month. No response and no refund. Look elsewhere. Calvin the owner has been very unprofessional and slow to respond. Very discouraged with the over all lack of care and concern from these folks.
