Worst screen fixer I have ever been to (and I have been to many)…read more I came to Doctor Gadget with a broken screen, and yes they fixed it within the same day. I was really Happy, bough all kinds of phone cases and glass for the screen etc. They told me I had a 1 month long guarantee in case anything would happen to the screen, and two weeks later the screen had popped put on one side, which led to a small crack on the screen where the screen was bent due to this. I hadn´t dropped my phone even once, just one day I took it out of my bag and it was cracked and the screen was out of place. It seemed like some kind of glue (??) had let go and that was why the screen didn´t hold in one place, and it was obvious this was what had caused the crack. As I had the 1 month guarantee (which I don´t even think I should have needed as it was clear they had done something wrong) so i went to the shop. The guy took my phone for 1 hour, put my screen into place, and told me it was clearly my fault the screen had cracked. I told him I hadn´t dropped the phone, had taken really good care of it, and that anyone could see it was due to their poorly executed work that this had happened. So clearly, this place uses really bad materials, and do not work as proffessionals at all. They blamed me for everything and I left there saying I would write my experience online for other customers to see. An oh, also they told me it would cost 130eros to fix my iphones screen, and when I came to get it all of a sudden the price was 170e... So, I paid 170e for crappy quality and worthless customer service. Do NOT go here to fix your screens, they might be fast but as they aren´t an authorized apple "fixer", their quality is the worst and their 1month guarantee is total bullshit. 20.9.2016

Don't waste your money here replacing a phone screen. They use screens that are not even close to…read morethe original. I had to get an iPhone 7 Plus screen replaced here because the other official stores in the mall had a long lead time for a replacement. Though they did the job quickly, the screen was so much bluer than the original that I couldn't trust it for photos. Also, there were discolored lines on the center of the screen. I took it back to get it fixed and they said they would get a new screen that was closer to the original in a few days and call me. Two weeks go by, I receive no call. They don't pick up the phone so I had to make the trek in person to check on the status. After a 25 minute wait just to be able to talk to someone, they say it will be at least another week before they can get the screen. It didn't seem like they genuinely even tried to get a screen after my last visit. At this point, I've given up that they'll be able to fix it and will get it replaced at a more reputable service center.
