I see it in front of me :) I was so lucky to have a company whom knew everything about the history of this place, these kind of buildings, they have a character with a big part connected to their history and I had a chance to hear everything about it, nice. I wasn't after sweet things (whaaat?!!!) and I went for a tea while my friend took a coffee. I was disappointed with the tea assortment. Very limited and no Earl Grey or English Breakfast. As much as I like tea, I don't like to have any added taste to it, always taste too artificial. Round up, put this place on your list, it is a place you should try if you are around.

Some time ago they went from being that baby brother of "PM och vänner" who served proper barista coffe, pizzas and cute cakes to a place who offers a more broad menu and sells bread who they bake themselves. A new world of levain, sourdough etc has opened up for the small but yet curious town Växjö. I tried their ice coffe, which they to my relief don't try and call frappé (cause a frappé is not based on milk). The ice coffe was good and the sour dough bread I bought was extremely good! -a must for breakfast tomorrow. Lovely ambiance not to be missed when here!

There is an outdoor seated area but you do need to go into the shop and purchase your items first. The staff were helpful and introduced me to a new way to have hot chocolate made!!! Very interesting it was, although the milk could have been hotter but hey it was all good. They just need to tidy away cups/scraps of food from the outside area quicker as there were some very large birds swooping in to get the scraps and they did not seem to be bothered by us humans who were still sitting and eating/drinking. The complimentary wifi, as a traveler, is always a huge bonus. I am sure I will visit here again.

There is limited seating inside but the seating outside is the place to be so you can watch the world go buy, children give their parents the run around and watch them try and stop them jumping into the water feature. The only downside, which affects most of these outdoor cafe's is the speed at which they clear away left over food. The birds do not take long or need much of an invite to swoop down and have a free meal, so watch your head. There was a friendly atmosphere among the patrons of this eatery which would encourage me come back again.
