Sofia has been my go-to threading lady for the last year since I've moved to Lake Elsinore. Not only does she do my eye brows perfectly every single time I visit, but she is just the sweetest person! I never have to over explain or nitpick how I want my eye brows because she just makes look so nice every time. My standard eyebrows, lip, and chin takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish, and only cost about 20$. She always has a smile on her face and asks about your day and if you've been well. She remembers me even though I go multiple weeks, sometimes a few months, in between visits. She always greets me like an old friend and she just absolutely makes my day. Not only does she have such a sweet personality normally, she has the absolute patience of a saint. I've seen a customer ask for eye brow darkening, just to say "no I dont like it, well maybe, go lighter, no go darker, no lighter, no just remove it, and I'm not going to pay.." I personally wouldn't have had the patience she did, but she was sweet and professional as always. She does exactly what the customer asks, she may offer suggestions to the person that would make them look better in her professional opinion, but in the end she always does her best to make you happy. read more

Just stared coming back here after moving away and I was so impressed I had Sofia assist me and my mother. She was wonderful very personable even remembered me from past visit which were so long ago. Did a great job on our brows I'm currently growing them in thicker and she gave me great tips and even threaded mine perfectly allowing the hairs I need to shape my brows to grow and not taking off more than needed like other places have done to me in the past. When you walk into the salon it's very clean you are greeted there is a sign in sheet which I appreciate so there are no mix ups on who is next. I have been coming to this location for years now. Back when it was still Magic Brow before they changed the name to iBrows. Today I stopped by and was attended by Sofia. Straight away she asked how was my day, how I was doing with a big smile on her face. She knew straight away how I wanted my eyebrows without me explaining. I was pleased with how fast I got my eyebrows threaded. Usually threaded hurts a teeny bit but I was surprised at her technique, I didn't feel anything! :0 In and out under 10 minutes ^-^ I go nowhere else but here for my brows. I came to her two years ago after a lady butched my eyebrows and she helped me grow them out and shaped them just the way I like them. She always does my eyebrows and lip threading to perfection. I'm new in the area and after looking around for a threading place I found iBrows, and I'm so happy I did! The ladies are super nice and friendly. Greet me hello and good bye with hugs. I even brought my 2 young children in with me once, my sister to help, but my 4 year old son got a little restless. The lady reassured me he was fine, and that she was almost done. I have to start off by saying that I have never tried any new eyebrow place. Since high school I have always stuck to one place, I'm 22 now lol but my husband and I moved to lake elsinore and I work full time so I never have time to drive all the way to eastvale to get my brows done.
