After a hike on a hot day, a cold beer is always an enjoyable refreshment. Add a little raspberry syrup to make the drink more pleasant and ladies-friendly. It's an outdated way of drinking regular beer, but most restaurants I went to had no problem with it, including Jesionowa Polana, of course. Fun! Hotel Perła Południa / Pearl Of The South Hotel has existed forever. Still, it was my first time to check out their culinary offerings at their restaurant. Thanks to the elegant and neatly dressed staff, this place has always had an exclusive character. The outdoor terrace has a beautiful view of the well-kept garden. It's a really nice place to relax, eat and drink. We ordered pierogi and a burger :). Both dishes were very good. The beef burger was sloppier to eat than I would have liked, but at that particular moment we weren't too concerned about that. The fries were perfect. 'Ruskie Pierogi' had a good ratio of filling to dough which was dense and soft at the same time. The caramelized onion was done perfectly (very important). Our waiter was chivalrous, and really professional. We felt well taken care of :).

The rooms are comfortable and functional. Breakfasts are second to none! Your can live on this meal through rest of the day. Fresh juices, huge choice of dairy products, on demand egg dishes. Haven't tried the actual restaurant, but one could assume it will match the rest :) The only drawback is the service. Most of the people are new and sometimes little lost. The most lost was manager, who did not know how to handle the pick up bus being late one hour and he escaped before we've arrived. So the regrettably has to take one star away, but hopefully this manager won't last long :)
