I explained that I needed help with it to the man working there. He gave me the tool and said most people do it themselves. I figured I would give it a try. I was obviously struggling with it to the point that a man not working there came to help me. After about 10 minutes, the shop clerk came out and said" oh, I didn't realize your bike handle bars are different than most!". In which, the screw had fallen inside my handle bars at this point. He then brought it inside and said he could fix it. He took it in the back for less than 5 minutes and then ended up charging me more than 10€. I was extremely disappointed by the lack of customer service and the overpricing. Even though it is right next to my house, I will never return there.
