When I reviewed another business of his, he de-listed it from Google as it was approaching 2.5 stars. Therefore, I am writing on Yelp so Praveen cannot hide. The city must see this disgrace of a person who brings great shame and dishonor to Paul Plumb's legacy.

I brought in an Ibanez Prestige for service here and all I got back was a guitar with a still broken trem system, the frets still messed up after paying for a PLEK job, badly out of tune and not even the locking nut put back on. They couldn't even check the guitar over. They are sending it off to get re done but you have to ask yourself why was this even presented to me? Take it from a real player who has been doing it for 19 years, DO NOT bring your pro level guitars here for service. These people are a joke.
