lindsay smith just…read morenow NEW To be quite honest I would not even give this dental practice 1 star, awful customer care. Been here once before this experience and only went this time as needed to see a dentist quick. Certain young receptionists are quite incompetent there. This dental surgery is only interested in one thing and thats the money ! Not only does it take ages to get an appointment once you've had a check up they won't let you make an appointment until you've paid half the money upfront. I had a tooth infection and was in pain so the dentist put me on antibiotics for a week. The day before the course had finished I phoned them to say they hadn't worked could I have a few more days or a different brand. They told me unfortunately the dentist was on annual leave. They said they would phone me back but they never did so I went into the practice. I was told they could not give me a few more days antibiotics or different brand, I was told I would have to pay again for another dentist. Absolutely awful
