Never coming back here again. Asked for a 2 inch trim on my long hair (waist length), hairdresser decides to chop half my hair off (all the way to my shoulders) because "he thinks" it looks better on me. On top of that I asked to have my hair dyed to a dark red colour so my hair can grow out naturally. It's a pretty simple request but the hairdresser decides to dye my hair to a light brown colour with horrible grey strands because "he thinks" this looks "cooler" on me. He was really aggressive and insisted my decision to go with a dark red hair was a bad idea.
Ironically when I mentioned that this is not the colour I wanted, he insisted it's pretty much the colour I wanted. Obviously there's a huge difference between light brown and dark red.
The hairdresser basically gave me a haircut based on his own preferences and what he wants on a customer. Totally ignored everything a customer asked for.
Absolutely disgusted with the service. For the price you pay, you might as well go to a cheaper local hair salon. They would most likely do a better job than this place. read more
