We did not want to spend hours and effort shopping for materials. At the outset, we met with designer Angela to discuss goals and preferences. Materials such as shower surrounds, countertops, hardware and flooring were available on site for us to evaluate. (We could have shopped further afield if that was our choice.) With Angela's expert guidance, we settled on the design and materials, and then Joe and Cody took over the implementation of the vision. They did a fabulous job! The craftmanship was expert and superb. We especially appreciated their professional skills, dedication to communication with us and cleanliness of the worksite. In addition to being skillful, Joe and Cody are just nice, pleasant people to have in your home almost daily during the workweek for the duration of the project. Central office support was excellent. Another contractor couldn't start until two weeks later. Alex made a site visit and was very personable. With the lead time, we chose Alex. Right when we chose him, he wanted to start that day! I said OK. That afternoon the demolition began. In two weeks he completed the job. He will work around your schedule. We had a family incident and needed to push back the work a day. We also had to wait a few days for the faucet to be delivered. The hours are up to you. We were OK with his team working into the late evening to get the job done because we were down a bathroom. Vitali and Alex work really really hard and long hours. There were some up sale items, but we picked which ones we wanted. Our vanity was in bad shape; so we updated the vanity, sink, backsplash and faucet. Alex quoted us a great price and offered to do tile flooring which would have made the bathroom even nicer, but we decided that the flooring would be fine. Maybe save that for the next remodel. Going through any type of remodel or home update is emotional and risky. We did a home remodel years back and that's when we learned you can really only choose two of the three: quality, cost, or speed. With Alex we were able to get close to all three. Obviously your home is very dear, and there are small little things that you can sweat over. Your home will never be perfect. Not a year goes by without some work that needs to be done to my home. I am beyond furious with Julian and J&G Tile and Baths after hiring them for a simple shower…read moreremodel--it's been a complete disaster! They ignored the contract entirely, skipping vital steps like setting the shower pan in mortar, leaving me with a crooked, flimsy base that flexes under my feet (see photo). Julian canceled on me FIVE TIMES in two weeks which caused me to cancel and reschedule incoming sheetrock and painting contractors. The shower head? Installed at a ridiculous 5 feet--like that's remotely usable. They even had the nerve to lie about shimming the base properly. Now I'm stuck paying another contractor to rip out their garbage work and start from scratch. Thousands of dollars added to the project and weeks lost in time. This company is a total sham--unreliable, incompetent, and a waste of money. The picture speaks for itself, just look at the huge gap under the shower pan that Julian thought was acceptable. Stay far away! Update: Had to have a contractor remove the shower installed by J & G Tile and found a complete lack of skill, knowledge and integrity. The following was noted on demolition: 1. Shower pan was not shimmed, set in mortar to level and sealed around the edges. 2. Plumbers putty was not used to seal the drain into the shower pan. 3. Shower head was not secured to the wall and moved around freely. 4. Silicon sealant was not applied under the wall when setting the walls. 5. Use of proper adhesive was not used to secure walls. This is the most upsetting as there was literally six small drops of caulking and a splash of silicon on the back. When the wall was removed it was pulled away by just using hand leverage. Someone could have been injured or killed had the wall come lose with it weighing several hundred pounds.

I'm not sure if pictures do his work justice but it turned out better than I imagined. Moises is very easy to work with. We got a lot of value for the work his company did. We definitely got our money's worth. For example, we had some on the fly changes as homeowner's often do and he was very accommodating. He is always quick to answer any of our questions as well. Just a few notes when working with any contractor which applies to TTS. Always watch their work and voice any of your concerns. Like our faucet wasn't fitting right so Moises made sure the work was perfect. Also, communicate with them about their work schedule. Make sure you know when they are coming to prevent surprises. TTS is very much on schedule and make the most of their days. No time wasted. We will be using them in the future for other projects!

We LOVE our shower remodels by Tiger Tile!…read more We were in dire need of replacing the builder grade standard fiberglass tub/shower enclosure and fiberglass shower pan in our bathrooms. After getting three estimates we settled with Tiger Tile. Response time for making an appointment with them for an estimate was quick. The owner, Moises, met with us and we told him what WE wanted to have done. He made some suggestions which we took into consideration. They were the most competitive and thankfully, their schedule was open to work on our showers in a couple of weeks. We reviewed and signed the contract for both our shower remodels. When the time came, they began working first on the main/hallway shower. The master shower was done about a week later. His crew arrived promptly and sometimes as early as 7am! There will never be a day they don't come to work on the project unless it is a day to wait for the waterproofing to dry. They protected our floors from foot traffic prior to demo and cleaned up when the day ended. The master shower had a few snafus along the way, but we were able to work those problems. A pony wall was installed as well as a small window on top of one of the shower walls. The window made a big difference in natural lighting! The master shower took about 10 days to complete (without glass enclosure). The glass enclosure on the master shower was done by a different vendor. Tiger Tile has a company they use, but you are welcome to get estimates from other glass vendors. The crew that did the work, and Yaqueline at the office was very pleasant to work with. If we had any questions or concerns, we were able to get answers right away. Both showers were completed last July 2022 in a little over two weeks. I highly recommend Tiger Tile for all your bathroom remodeling projects; they are great to work with. We are a very happy customer!
