I was there to receive the shot for colds which I receive every year because I have asthma and…read moresevere allergies and the doctor Doina Völpel and her staff treated me very unprofessionally and rudely. They charged me the telephone call I made in the morning to make sure they had shots available, when I arrived they said they didn't have anymore shots available at the time and after discussing the subject for over an hour and a half I received a shot which she later on didn't want to stamp on my shot pass and charged me 70€ for the telephone call and shot. She and her staff were unprofessional, rude and unkind, telling me that I was very selfish for wanting to receive the shot this year because I'm only 32 and not older, even after telling her my health past and showing her that I have the shot every year in my country. I don't know if it was racism or pure egocentricity, but she treated me and my partner like animals. I do NOT recommend this doctor or clinic and even if I will receive the money back from my country because I NEED the shot, I am very disappointed and impressed someone who calls themselves a doctor can treat a patient, especially in our current situation, with this disregard and hated. Never again, you shouldn't become a doctor if you're going to make patients feel insecure and offended.
