This is the worst Lender I have ever encountered in my 18 years of doing business! I've lost so much business dealing with this company than I care to admit. They take on files that they say they can do, and pull the plug from under their borrowers right when it is time to close the file. Part of the problem is that they have a very inexperienced person working for them who just graduated from High School in 2018. He may not be mature enough for that role. I had several files at this company and lots of them did not close. I've had files with them since November and they still didn't close, or they pulled the rug from under my clients. I wouldn't recommend this company if this was the last one on earth to use. I tried contacting the CEO, and he is completely unbothered. He never addressed my concerns. He never reached out to talk to me about anything. He refused to even acknowledge anything. This is a sham operation with no regard to anyone's livelihood and their money situation and status. Lots of my clients lost money dealing with them. I will never, ever work with them ever again! If you were smart, you wouldn't either! read more

Do you enjoy sex? I hope so because this company will leave you well and truly f&^*d. Like a bad tinder date, they over promise and simply don't deliver. I've lost count of how many times I've sent the exact same documents over but what I haven't lost count of is the thousands of dollars I've had to lay out thanks to this company. After re-arranging my insurance, prepaying for the year on multiple properties and having to pay an extra point to extend a loan because these clowns failed not once, but twice to hit the closing date, I'm out well over $10,000 in out of pocket expenses and now at the 11th hour, have to accept terms that are a nearly 2 points higher than promised, and for for about 1/5th of the funds that I should have gotten. I'm out of time, and considerable money, to be able to go with another lender. IF I were to take this loan to it's completion, I'd be paying an additional $71,000+ in additional interest thanks to their garbage rate. I WILL be refi'ing out of this trash company as soon as possible but wanted to make sure that I let anyone know that might be considering this atrocity of a lender to run as far away as fast as possible so that you don't find yourself getting screwed over like I have been. I'll have my complaint filed with all regulatory agencies that I can but did not want to wait on them to get the word out to all of you. If you value your time, money and sanity, go with ANY other lender. read more
