I was curious about that they had. I asked them if I could purchase the dresses off the rack because that's what I needed and the store manager yelled and me and told me to not ask her clients questions. Well she ignored me so I wasn't sure who to ask what. Rude! Yes but I was in desperate need of a dress so I continued to shop around. Luckily the rude store manager called in for help and a nice girl from their other store showed up and helped me pick out my dress. They could use some help on the customer service side of things so say the least. I don't think yelling at potential customers especially brides is going to get you very far. Luckily the girl that helped me was awesome! And helped me get a great price for my dress. So I can't really complain. Everyone has a bad day I guess. I bought my wedding dress here after I had a bad experience with my previous dress I purchased in San Francisco from Ines Di Santo. Because I had limited time I was looking for a place to purchase a new dress off the rack. I had to visit several stores. Most Bridal stores want you to try on their store samples then order the dress you want in yours size. Well this is what I did before and the dress turned out awful so was back to square one. I felt lucky to find this store that will sell you the dresses off the rack with no waiting. yay! I could have done without being yelled at for asking questions about the dresses. When I stopped a few weeks ago they were having a sale. 10% off the new collection and 30-50% off the old collection. I got my 3800 Euro dress for only 2000 Euro during the sale. I was able to negotiate the price with the store manager. My dress was from the last season so it was marked down more than the new season. The dresses don't have prices on them. The store manager quotes you a price so feel free to negotiate. That's what I did! This store only carries Sottero and Midgley and Maggie Sottero Brands. These are the most affordable dresses I've found. Good variety and great prices. 500-4000 Euro.
