Making the appointment was easy - I texted with Sara to schedule but you can also schedule online. When I showed up for my appointment I was told Sara's car had broken down therefore she was running very late. Instead of turning me away and telling me to reschedule completely, Odete swept into action and did my roots. We had a tough time finding a color match (since my previous color was done at a different salon) but she went above and beyond to perfectly match and she did! Sara ended up making it into work right before my rinse therefore we decided to reschedule the bayalage. I came back the following week and everyone remembered me by name (even Oksana the nail lady)! Sara meticulously did my bayalage and made sure I was comfortable as I sat for 3 hours to get the perfect highlights put into my hair. Everything turned out perfectly and the blowout was great, as well. I cannot wait to come back here for touch-ups and color going forward.

When I answer they tell me that the stylist is sick and they can only accommodate me at a later time. A later time COULD have worked if they had given me more than a 3 MINUTE NOTICE that my appt wasn't happening. Again I understand sick happens but if this person was already on their way to the Dr you knew more than 3 mins ahead of time. Ultimately you cannot trust this place if you're making an appt for an occasion.

As Anna was teasing my hair she kept ripping it off ignoring my screams and begging to be careful. 3 days later after the hair style my hair still continues to break and to fall off from pulling. The waves only held for one hour so by the time I got to the wedding my hair was completely straight ($120 down the drain) . In addition, she was sneezing and sniffling right over my head. I wound up booking an appointment two days later and when I walked in, the manager, while rolling her eyes, in a non convincing manner says, "OH, sorry about the other day" NO REMORSE WHATSOEVER. Didn't even offer to perhaps give me a discount for the haircut. It's just shrug the shoulders and too bad Joe. This type of behavior is what turns customers away. It's not the first time this has happened. The bottom line.... they catered to the more expensive LATE client instead of the ON-TIME standard Men's haircut. The manager needs to take a Customer Service course and also not have her young staff members do her dirty work. A 2 grade is extremely generous. Will I go back..... While the first appointment was pleasant, I left with an unexpected brassy brown shade that didn't reflect the highlighted color I had asked for. Still, I trusted her recommendation and returned for a follow-up. I arrived 10 minutes late due to a family emergency, which I clearly explained to the staff. I also mentioned I had a flight in just a few hours. Despite this, I was left waiting for an entire hour before being informed that Amela would only be able to cut my hair--not color it. A client's time is just as valuable as the stylist's. If being 10 minutes late was truly going to prevent the full service, that should have been communicated upfront--instead of making me wait unnecessarily. Frankly, I wouldn't want someone working on my hair who thinks ten minutes is enough time to rush through a proper appointment. This experience was deeply unprofessional and inconsiderate. I will not be returning.
