I don't even know where to start. so first of all we have dropped at this location several times.. pallets mostly. A couple of days ago we went up to the front and asked if we could get some material for a job that we're doing right there in Holly.. we are local business owners. from the very beginning, the lady upfront was extremely rude, and was making fun of the size of our dump truck. she seemed reluctant to sell to us, but then gave us the green light.. we explained to her that we wanted one by three crushed concrete. I do remember her saying something about 21 AA as I was getting ready to head to the yard. I don't even think they're 21 AA is made with concrete. I think it's made with limestone, so I'm not even sure why she said that. when we went to the yard, the Loader operator attempted to Lotus up with 21 AA. we tried to get his attention, but he was talking on the phone smoking a cigarette. when we did finally get his attention, he started cussing at us. I did bring this up to the old lady upfront and of course, she just offended her Loader operator insulting him lol A couple days later I had to come back to get more product. everybody knows every landscape supply has their own system. so when we went back there, we tried really hard to follow up with everyone else was doing. again, and the Lady was rude to us, and was just clearly not wanting us to be there. we went back to the yard and the flu up to my door and told me that I had a small fucking truck. I replied back with a joke, because I was not sure if he was being serious or just being funny. That's when he looked at me and told me to fuck off he flipped me off and told me to move my piece of of shit truck closer to the pile.. this dude is clearly on drugs I did try to explain to the lady what happened of course she just had his back and refused to five me the owners name or ##. I understand that I have a small ho truck and was only going to spend $500 today and not 5000 but come on!? other trucks are only getting for Ton as well!! when I asked the lady upfront about that reply was that they spend a lot more money with them.
