I bought my trailer new in 2021. Even though it took 3 weeks before I could pick up the trailer, the bedroom door had a big crack and the awning lights didn't work, which meant that I had to bring it back again. They also said that that they would fix one of the decals and they never did. Also, even though they washed my trailer, they never polished the front end. It still looked like it sat in that dirty parking lot for a year. I don't like writing bad reviews but they didn't care about customer service. This was during peak Covid and they were selling overpriced trailer hand over fist. Maybe they are better now. read more

minutes agoNEW Went to see a 2019 fuel toyhauler that was nothing like the pictures posted. 1st off pictures shows 2 doors and this one had 1 door to enter. They mentioned it had not been detailed yet and it was missing some items. The rig was trashed! Missing chairs, mattress, patio gate, Propane Tanks, batteries and who knows what else. The laminate floor was stained in multiple spots and the doors and cabinets looked as though somebody purposely didn't give a crap if they hit it knicked or chipped it. I feel like we were duped into coming out for a junker! Waste of time I can't get back. read more

This is the worst dealership I have ever been to. I do not reccomend! We purchased a brand new RV at this place and there were some big problems. Fast forward a year, I speak to the extremely rude tattooed guy in the office about a trade in. He sat there acting like a mob boss(no joke) and behaved like we were bothering him for coming in. His buddy sat in a chair with his feet on the desk while we were talking buisiness, and a large dog roaming around. I seriously have never been to such an unprofessional buisiness in my life, and yes I've been to walmart and I still stand by my statement!He low balled me, told me that he was giving me more than I would get anywhere else, and said my trailer was 3 years old when it was a year old. When I asked about the three years he was talking about, he got an attitude kept looked down at some paper and said"three years. That's what I said." I traded it in elsewhere and ended up getting 4 times as much money elsewhere. What a shady place! read more

I give them 3 stars because they were friendly while showing us around and offering different options of trailers, however, once it was time to negotiate they did not want to budge much and on top of that they added $1695 to price just to show me how to use a travel trailer. Just bought a brand new 2023 forest river (Shockwave) toy hauler. I was extremely happy with the sales man (Eli) he gave us no pressure and really helped us get what we wanted. The finance dept. was great they got us in and out and even got us a lower payment then anticipated. Then after the sale the service dept. was great they really helped through the whole process of getting the trailer and even helping me set up my truck. On Thursday 10/07/21 this company ran my credit without my consent.I went in to speak to the employee in person and told him that they ran my credit without my consent,he went to speak to a manager and he said it was a soft inquiry and it should be fine, but it was not my case it was a hard inquiry.The manager didn't come out of his office to speak to me.I asked for the managers name they refused to give me his name. Becareful with this business.I wish they could have been more professional and helped me out since they where in the wrong. read more

Affordable RV So my husband and I bought a trailer from this place December 3, 2021. We picked it up on December 18th and did our walk through when we noticed items that are supposed to be in our trailer we're missing. They told us no problem and made promises to order the items missing from my trailer, a ladder, tire monitoring system, tv mount, etc. We took a quick trip to test it out for New Years (as most people do when you buy a brand new trailer) and found some issues. We went in to discuss on these issues on January 3rd and we're told they would start ordering parts and for us to drop it off January 29th. We dropped it off at 9:30 am and found out they hadn't ordered any parts, none of the items promised to us on December 18th had been ordered and none the items they knew would be warrantied had been ordered. We were a little upset but they said we would have warranty approval in 10 days because they would inspect it and send pics that day but give them a little time because it takes a bit to get the parts. This is January 29th at 9:30 am. Here we are March 30th and we have no trailer, no approval from warranty, no parts ordered and no contact from anyone. Last time I called, which was Saturday the 26th, they said they would reach out to Forest River and get back to me Monday morning with an update. I have called, left my name and number with promises to return my call. I15 RV and Affordable RV are the absolute worst service we have ever received and we highly recommend you run, don't walk, to a different RV store. We are still paying for our $90k trailer every month that is sitting on their lot. We have missed two trips with family and friends and at this rate, will probably miss more. Thank you for the worst experience of my life. We will make sure to tell everyone we come in contact with to not buy anything from you. By the time we're done, you won't be able to sell a damn hose. read more

So we were heading to another RV dealer in Riverside but there was a traffic delay on I15 so we decided to head to I-15 RV. Best decision on our part! As soon as we got out of our truck our sales person Cliff was friendly and personable and when he did not know something (he was fairly new) he asked Robert Stern. Robert then came out and was also able to answer all our questions. We decided on a trailer so then we headed to AJ in finance who explained all our options. We made a deposit on a trailer but I literally changed my mind on which Trailer I wanted so we showed up the next day and Robert was awesome and worked with us and we got the trailer we wanted. He also worked us a great deal! A few days later we meet again with AJ to sign the papers and again I can not say enough about him just friendly and knowledgeable. Today I picked up my toy hauler and Clarence literally went through everything on the trailer so when I left and came home to show my husband I knew how and where all the features were. Unfortunately I made a mistake by doing business with this local dealer. At first everyone was helpful with purchase. But after and I literally mean the day I got it home they pretty much write you off as it's no longer there problem. I've dealt with Robert directly and every time he gives empty promises with no follow up on his commitments to make things right with my unit. Aside from that he had been rude, cocky and disrespectful to me and my wife when we speak with him with lately even talking to us as if we are lesser of a person for our jobs. I highly and I stress highly do not do business with this company in anyway. All they can do is pass the buck and point fingers even after they committed to me and specifically Robert committed to making things right. It had been the worst purchase experience of my life. I have time lines to back up every bit of this review. My husband and I went to look at and purchased a used 5th wheel from there. I cant say enough how pleased we are with the service from our sales guy Ryan to the finance guy Tim to the service department. All were excellent and they all were more than willing to work with us from beginning to end. Since our toy hauler was used, they had no problem fixing the issues that needed attention and had all the repairs completed within a week of purchase. We had no problems with being kept up to date on the progress of our toy hauler. When we went to pick it up, we did a thorough walk through and orientation on how everything worked in the coach and the do's and dont's.
