It would have been delicious even without it -- so flavorful and fresh with onions, mesclun, hearts of palm, and tomatoes. You can also enjoy traditional Basque treats here, including txapa (an aperitif) and gâteau Basque (cake). The hostess/server was incredibly kind and welcoming. We spoke a mix of French and English.
