We arrived here without a reservation at around 2AM during an incredible rainstorm that had flooded the streets up to the top of the car tires. We had to unload a lot of luggage to get it out of the car and the staff were patient with this. The hotel is also in a great location in Saint Quentin, although our stay was rather short as a stop over and, having arrived so late, by checkout we were exhausted. Would certainly return. Its location makes it ideal if you are en route to the UK, but definitely worth a stay in its own right.

While this hotel has no bells and whistles, it was very clean, had comfortable (twin) beds, and an excellent (small) shower. The staff was beyond friendly, helpful, and spoke English. The morning breakfast was great (worth the few Euros). The hotel is also located very close to the bus which took us to the city. (The hotel staff explained the bus routes and gave us bus maps.) The hotel was also within walking distance to several restaurants. All in all, if you're looking for a budget hotel that will not break the bank, this is certainly a place to stay.

The front staff is always so nice and accommodating, fetched extra pillows, and changed our rooms so that our children could have the bunk bed over the double bed, so that the kids are above out heads. This particular hotel is family friendly, with a breakfast in the morning.
