This curious hotel has a real 1960's feel, and feels like it has seen better days. Old…read morebowling-alley shoe buffer machines by the elevator, and a yellow-brown pallor throughout. My friend's room had a lovely view of the mountainside vineyards and the traffic circle, but mine faced the parking lot. That being said, the shower was good and the bed was fine. There was no mini-fridge in the room, which was a disappointment because we had bought some local white wine and wanted to enjoy it in the evening.
The Wifi is how the review below describes it - unreliable and completely frustrating. It would work, and then not work for a half hour, then work, then not work.
The Italian restaurant connected to the hotel was closed, but there was another restaurant on the umbrella-ed terrace. The pizza was reasonably-priced (for Switzerland, that is) and we ate outside on a lovely day. I didn't pay for this room, and don't know the costs, but I wouldn't stay here again given the choice.
