They require credit card information over the phone, and they sent me an email confirmation and allowed me to check in at 11pm. The room was clean, bed was comfy, showers were nice - but the trash in the bathroom wasn't cleaned out from the last guest (gross, I know). There's complimentary breakfast from 6am-10am: cereal, yogurt, eggs (ya gotta boil them yourself) some fruits, cheese, croissants, crepes, madeleines, coffee, orange juice. They held my luggage for me while I ran some errands, and I came back once at 2pm like we had agreed and I asked them to hold it for another 4 hours, which they said was no problem. Super friendly staff and overall nice place!
