Both amazing things to do for your self care routine. In the infrared sauna room you have the entire room to yourself. You can lock it and take as much clothes off as you please because it is your private room! What I also like about the sauna is that you can link it to your Bluetooth so you can jam to your favorite songs! An infrared sauna session could be up to 45 mins. I did the entire 45 mins because I just really enjoy it, but you can leave whenever you want you can stay up to the 45 mins. The Red Light Therapy is only for 15 minutes it is for inflammation, injury recovery, detox, and much more. You also get your own room. You shouldn't look straight at the lights so they provide little goggles for you to wear. I tried with and without the goggles and I preferred with. Simply because I forget to not look into the lights and don't want to damage my eyes. They do have showers. Again you get your own private shower room where you can easily and comfortably dress unlike at the gym. They even have deos. and other refreshing feminine products in case you forgot to bring your own. I like to bring my small gym bag with a change of clothes and my own beauty products. The workers are really nice. They're young, they're friendly and courteous and very helpful. Josh really helped me out last time and guided me through the process. You can go as a non member for services or they have a monthly membership different rates with different services included. Some memberships for example will include a month IV...and other things! They gave me blankets and had a movie playing. I was not able to relax because the staff were so loud in the front just talking about anything and joking around. At the time of payment, I did not receive any written notice, text, email, receipt, or invoice clearly stating that the "booking fee/ deposit" was a non-refundable cancellation fee. About two months before my scheduled surgery, I contacted the salesperson and told them I wanted to cancel and requested a refund. After doing more research, I personally did not feel comfortable proceeding because the surgeon was board-certified as a surgeon, but NOT BOARD-CERTIFIED specifically IN PLASTIC SURGERY , and I wanted a surgeon whose training and experience made me feel completely confident about having an elective cosmetic procedure. After I requested the refund, the clinic told me that the deposit had been discussed verbally with the salesperson and that I later signed the Terms and Conditions. I also found my communication with Sofia, the operational manager, extremely disappointing. In my experience, she was not helpful, did not provide clear answers, and did not handle the situation with the level of professionalism or customer service I would expect from a clinic at this price point. I was left feeling that my concerns were being dismissed rather than properly addressed. I have screenshots, payment records, timestamps, and the clinic's written response documenting my experience. I tried to resolve the matter directly with the clinic before posting this review but it was a waste of my time.

Dr. Shatkin has such great expertise with the therapy and his previous plastic surgery practice, that I chose to do 20 treatments of hyperbaric therapy. Other doctors suggested I stop midway, but Cyndee insisted I come in and see the doctor again. I felt confident with the expertise of the doctor to continue with all the treatments, and I am so pleased that I did. I saw results even after the hyperbaric treatments and continued to see Dr. Shatkin for wound care. I received excellent treatment by Dr. Shatkin and all of the nurses that I felt, I should come here and give him this excellent review. As time progressed Dr. Shatkin went on to nip & tuck the housewives of my neighborhood and it is impressive that the women did not look "done" and that the procedure held through time. In 2009 I fell onto a pile of rocks and split my knee open. Dr. Shatkin came to my rescue and today I have a flat, barley noticeable scar (it was a nasty gash).
