The place: These guys primarily sell cheese but you can also purchase a few other goods as well. It's not very big and the layout makes it so it can be a little cramped if the place is full.
The goods: Everyone stops here on their way to and from Québec's North Shore - at least that's what I was led to believe on both my trips to and from Tadoussac! And for good reason - this is the place to get our beloved curd cheese because not only is it delicious, but it's super fresh! There are so many people who stop in that I don't think these guys have anything left at the end of the day. This time around, I also got butter. Mmmm butter.... it's creamy and delicious and I'm kicking myself for not getting two bars. Yum.
Service: Friendly.
Price point: Pretty good! The first time, I bought a big bag of curds and I think it was about 8.75. This time, I got the small bag + a brick of butter and the cost was under $9. The price of the cheese is, I believe, less than what you pay in a grocery store.
