This place earns five stars due to: 1) This is my second time here and the staff's knowledge and experience is amazing. I've learned something both times. 2) Very comfortable environment with relaxed lounge type chairs. Clean environment. Each time I've gone I've seen some great movies during the treatment and is relaxing. 3) The hydration and supplements I've chosen immediately clears my head with lasting calming effects for days. I normally have higher blood pressure and I went to the dr 4 days after last treatment and was 118/80, about 20 points lower with no other change to medication or diet. Not a joke. Not in my head. I received measurable health benefits. I was saddened to hear the fda is pulling gaba from hydration options, it's a genuine travesty, while other drugs causing habits and addiction remain on the shelves. Alas... IV hydration will be in my repertoire of options for its health benefits. They told my husband that they tried to call me & left a message because they actually cannot do the Intro appt I booked for 1:30 because it was too close to closing time but I could do the flush. Ok... I ended up showing up at 1:33. In person, they said that it was now past the time for the flush... Why didn't they tell my husband that over the phone when he told them I'd be running late? I gave them the benefit of the doubt and made another appt... then I look at my phone log, voicemails, and messages. I did not receive any calls from them to notify me that they couldn't do the initial Intro appt & I know they have the right number because they texted me the appt time confirmation. So why lie? Why allow me to book so close to closing in the first place? and why tell my husband that I could do a flush instead when he already told you over the phone I'd be late? I could have been saved the trouble of coming in the first place if you would have actually called or not recommended the flush. Mind you, I was only 3 minutes late. Poor customer service. I was able to book online easily for the injection I was looking for. I was greeted by warm smiles at the front door, and led back to show me the beautifully designed hydration facility. I received my injections and no bruising afterwards! The nurse was very professional and the owner of the company Jayme Sat down with me to tell me more about the facility and the services. I highly recommend this facility in town. I was also informed I could have a hydration party in the back room which is just as beautifully designed as the lobby space. For comparison, the other Med Spa I had gone to previously was a larger business and everything seemed very rushed. I said what I wanted, though I was new and didn't understand much, and was just injected quickly in multiple places in my forehead by someone who didn't seem particularly experienced and the only area that actually bothered me seemed to get very Botox at all. At Peak Aesthetics, my experience was vastly different however. It is apparent that Judy is an expert at what she does. She was extremely attentive to what I wanted to achieve, distributed the units exactly as needed for each area (one side of my forehead is stronger than the other), and explained everything thoroughly. The administration was as painless as needles can possibly be and within a few minutes, it didn't even look like I'd been injected at all.
