MINUS (- 0) if possible. This product "Hydra Life Skin Serum" was presented first as a survey for Sam's Club to my Email address, so to be a satisfied customer of Sam's Club, I responded and it said something about a $50 gift on completion. I completed the survey and it offered maybe 7 things to choose from, so I choose this one. BIG MISTAKE!!!! Then you were automatically sent to Hydra Life Skin site, then said shipping was not included, so OK, I paid shipping and stupidly put in CC info and thought I was finished ready to click and another product was added right after, costing another 4.99, I thought I was paying only for the first $5. but not so, they added the second $5 for an eye cream. No number to get in touch with them. Looked at my email and there was a confirmation email sent so I called the number told girl I didn't want eye cream and she said she couldn't take it off my card, I ask to talk to her supervisor, then she happened to mention a future product that she could cancel, but I would be charged a cancellation fee. I was Livid!! This is the most Deceptive company I've ever heard of, I threatened to call the Credit Card company and she cancelled the future charge and the cancellation fee. I still called the Credit Card company to make notation on my account. You can't call it fraud, exactly, because you agreed to something, in their terms and conditions, of which I didn't see, it must state what their up to, because the girl mentioned terms & Conditions. I was so angry and I told her I was sorry she had to work for such a Deceptive Company read more
