Church Brothers was our choice because of their willingness to spend time with potential customers and seeing them serve existing customers with a friendly and helpful demeanor. Dennis Church came out to our house to advise about how to prepare, answered our million questions that he has, no doubt, answered before, and has gone above and beyond normal service to make sure that we are happy (we are!), and that we know what we're doing in terms of maintenance and cleaning (we don't!) with the same diligence and patience. "The guys" that do the hard work (I mean how hard can it be to sell pool and spas, Dennis? LOL) of delivery, set-up, and return trips to help us out have been friendly and professional. I think our dogs look forward to their visits! We are happy and satisfied customers.

3 years ago we purchased an expensive white quartz from " better marble"but Jeffrey of Trinity…read moreMarble installation quickly shipped the kitchen counter and backsplash slabs without having us inspect them...this was disappointing as I wanted to check the colour shade # to ensure it was what we had paid 19k for supply and Installation. Most of the installation went well except for a quartz counter seam that was discolorated and appeared to be from a different shade # and skew than the rest of the quartz we had paid for. Most concerning was the discoluration seam was highly noticeable and was located right in front of the counter island stool area. When i asked Jeffrey why he had ordered a different slab shade he denied it was a different. I took a photo of the shade number beneah the slab and sent it to him, but he did nothing to remedy this issue. In addition at the beginning, i asked Jeffrey to book match the quartz installation, but he did not install it book matched. We paid good money for the workmanship but. Ultimately we were cheated out of proper quartz materials we had purchased from both Trinity and Better Marble. Think twice before you decide to use these companies.

Tim came out and was wonderful. The sink we got was a fancy one with lots of options. It was a very entailed install. Some of the parts were missing (from Amazon) so Tim had to go get some missing pieces. He made it work and he did it without a complaint. I love it. It came out so nice. I dealt with Candy in the office to make the arrangements. She was wonderful as well. She communicated with me and went above and beyond to make them available around the counter install. I would highly recommend them above any others. I have used a few in the Tri-cities are and these guys are head and shoulders above the others. Thank you!!!

Then she called and texted all day stating her owner Dave was angry with her. I told her he should be with the level of service and not addressing the issues. I said 80 dollars per week plus chemical. That's right so 1 and 1/2 months. I paid over 1000 dollar. it gets better. I came home and they left pool chemical spilled all over and left it. The same day I saw the pool cover rolled up standing next to the tote it's stored in. The most horrible smell you couldn't even walk on the back patio. My son and I un rolled the cover cleaned it, dried it and rolled it and put away properly. There were debris and leaves floating in the water for the pump to suck up. We fished this out as well. I called and complained. I was told it wasn't their policy to clean covers before putting away. It wasn't their policy to clean up there messes of spilled chemicals or to get debris out of the pool. So much for their just swim program. Beware these guys are liars and crooks.
