She was thorough, kind, knowledgeable and above all she didn't try and sell me something I don't need. She told me stuff about my teeth that my previous dentist hadn't mentioned. In fact, THAT doctor tried to sell me a night guard EVERY 6 months... super frustrating since I don't grind my teeth, have pain etc. But I digress, the office is nicely done and everything is high tech, her assistant and the front desk staff are all lovely. Dr O'Shea is extremely gentle and considerate, and stopped often to check on how I was doing. I'm sure it took her longer to finish because I kept making her stop. I had several consultations with various dentists over the years regarding the procedure, but it wasn't until I visited Dr. Wilk, at the Dental Arts Centre, that I finally felt confident to go ahead. Dr. Wilk is a very kind, understanding and honest dentist who made me feel very much at ease and confident with my decision. His assistant, Erika, was also wonderful in helping me through the many hours in the dentist chair. I am thrilled with the results and super happy that I finally made the decision but especially happy that I chose Dr. Wilk to do the procedure. He was so careful at every step and very thorough, ensuring everything was done perfectly. His gentleness was appreciated, as I am always so anxious at the dentist office. This is a very well run establishment, but I can speak only about one surgeon, Dr. Mitch Kravitz. He is personable, quick-witted, and extremely competent with dental implants. Procedures are done so proficiently that you hardly know its happened. I remember getting a little packet of gauze for any blook that might appear. I used none since there was no bleeding. The after care is also excellent, and you know that the interest expressed by the staff and Dr. Kravitz is genuine. (I have a chance to add photos below, but they'd just be teeth!)
