From summer camp to virtual learning to martial arts classes, Sensei Marie and her crew will not disappoint. We are moving and this is THE ONE thing we will miss the most as a family. She teaches them not only self defense, but also discipline, Japanese, and real helps build their leadership skills! It's a great school, and some day, my 9 month old daughter will be headed here!! I have also taken the cardio kick boxing class for adults, and it's a work out! You sweat, but you shred the pounds and get toned! Sensei Marie makes it fun! All in all, it's been a great family investment! Lastly, I did notice a negative post about cleanliness here, I have never seen it messy or dirty at the gym. I have been bringing my son here for 3 years for karate and just started coming myself for workout…read moreclasses and I have never felt more at home. The owner and instructors CARE and that is hard to find now a days. They make every family feel like they matter and have a voice. They don't just let your kids move up in belt because you pay the fee. They actually teach them what is needed and they have to work for it. Their classes have helped my son with his discipline and helps him release all the extra energy he can't during regular school hours. If you miss a class they will allow you to make it up as long as you inform them. The workout classes for adults are amazing. No Judgment zone and allows you to work at your own pace. They motivate you and hold you accountable. I am not a fit person and in 2 months I was able to not only lose some weight and inches, but actually enjoyed working out. They offer Zumba, NJHITT, and Kickboxing classes. They also have Nerf night for parents where you pay a small fee and you can leave your kids there for 3 hours playing with dinner included. They also have amazing parties and events in the summer for the kids. Shinsei Maribel is amazing with the kids and they all love and respect her.

The workouts are challenging but definitely doable and the trainers push and encourage you to finish but also to use correct form to prevent injuries. I attend a class 3 times a week and I look forward to every single one, I always leave feeling my best ! I highly recommend trying out a class, you will instantly fall in love !
