Had a screw in my tire, made the appointment and they got me in as soon as possible the whole thing…read morewent well they did a great job until an employee got in my car and reversed so fast it made the tires squeal then on the way up front raving the engine several times to sound cool. Now I get it it's a Mustang and you want to show off in front of your coworkers but honestly it's disrespectful when it's someone else's car. I love my car and try my best to take care of it. I've had no other issues with my other experiences coming here but that one really got under my skin. The employee with the "blessed" tattoo should really understand that some people's cars deserve to be treated with a little more respect. I worked hard for that car just for some careless kid to get in it and act like that is ridiculous.

They were even cheaper than the first place I went too. The primary goal was to make sure my family and I were safe to drive and that is exactly what they did.

So I didn't get out of the car. So no signature service. No vacuum, no windshield cleaning, no tire pressure check. I don't think they even changed my oil filter because the couldn't get my skid plate off. There was an employee just chill in the customer lounge guess cause they don't use it. Absolute wore experience. Definitely won't be back. If I was still a manager they would all be fired.

I have stopped at this Marathon a couple of times a year when traveling between Columbus and Lima…read moreover the last three decades. Not sure why this wasn't listed on Yelp but I couldn't find it so I will add one. Please combine if this is a duplicate. They usually have very, very good prices on their gas, which is why you go to a gas station the majority of the time. Typically I try to make it to the Sam's Club in Lima or Dublin price-wise since I shop there a lot, but they are pretty close most of the time even with the Sam's discount. Their parking lot is large, well lit, and clean. It can be a little but of a cluster at times when they are busy and lined up three deep at the pumps so be advised to not park in front of the building as you could get parked in by the cars waiting for the pumps. The store/station shows its age and may be a little rough around the edges but the prices are fair, the shelves are well stocked, and they have a decent selection. I have never had a bad experience with an employee, they are personable, friendly, and say thank you. Huntsville, Ohio is small town USA and this station provides a great service to the community. It is located on State Route 117 (Lima Road) just north of the exit of State Route 33.

I thought about going to another company but stopped by Elm Street just to ask them if they could look at the brakes. The owner himself took over and he spent two hours going over the problem with a couple of his workers... As time ran out he,,, Josh.. asked me to bring the car back after the weekend giving them time to do some research. I took the car back Monday morning... two hours later the car was ready... I heard no squeals or grinding.. actually no sound whatsoever.. When I went to pay the bill... Josh said.. "no".. we should have found this when we did your brakes.. ..
