We paid 15.00 for that lousy meal and couldn't get a piece of bread. And ketchup bottle was so nasty that I asked her to wash it off for the next people. She did agree it was literally dried on ketchup. So than we go to the other side to shop. Found a blanket and the price under the pile said blanket 12.59 Cashier rang up 15.99 I said no and showed him and he said oh they are not on the shelf in the right spot. Would not honor the price. They have a good buffet and even if the place is a little dated looking, it's clean and the set was good. They had Fox News on their TVs, a refreshing change. The only complaint was the music in the overheads. It was quiet and there for atmosphere, but hey, the vast majority of people coming in here are over 30. NO ONE wants to tolerate Katy Perry or other nameless autotuned garbage over a drum machine. Why isn't this place playing country? It would make more sense. I will never ever understand why managers think "people wanna hear the hits".... not if they are over 30. Other than that. Good place good food and a solid Truckstop.

I know other people that shop here that have told the manager about this Joe's behavior but he still works there. How do you continue to employ someone who continues to treat customers badly? Everything else is good about the business, including the other workers.
