They did eventually pay for the repair. Today, they broke the metal lock on my garden gate. The workers knew they broke it, and then left my house without even admitting to it. A supervisor just came by to look at the damage, and wants to argue about how the latch is rusty. They are unwilling to fix the gate. Wants me to pay part of the bill due to the age of the gate. Today is my last day dealing with these folks. Take my advice and get your lawn done by someone else. These folks are more trouble than they are worth!
