And while the food and drinks looked quite aesthetically pleasing, matching their exact menu pictures, the mocktails were unfortunately not very good at all and the dishes we ordered were quite bland. Really nice ambiance of this place and right by the water. We didn't get food here but the tea was quite good and the shisha was the smoothest I've ever had in my life!! Decent prices as well about ~600 TL for the basic shisha for two people. The line gets very long after 8/8:30. We got here around 8ish and waited 20 minutes. It was a much longer queue when we left so be prepared to wait a bit if you come later. read more

Well we went to this place because I wanted a hookah , looks cool and it's busy , they took our name and for one hour the hostesss kept telling us your next and she told everyone who asked her your next .......so you wait because your next it's ridiculous. Our visit to this restaurant started out great. However this took a turn real quick. We were seated but not served or paid attention to for about 30 minutes. After that, we ordered water which is the most basic necessity on a table. We were not served water at all throughout our visit, it was forgotten. We ordered food which looked amazing on the menu. The food is terrible here, we ordered garden salad with Feta, it came drenched in olive oil. Next was the Fried Calamari and Onion Rings, both frozen and not fresh. To be frank, the Chicken Fajita was the best thing we ordered. We also got the Quesadillas which were pretty good as well. The Shisha was real good. Overall the service was a turnoff for the restaurant, no one paying attention to our table and everything took forever. I'm not sure why this place only has 3 stars- maybe Turkish standards are a lot higher than this ol American gal. Huqqa is the perfect place to bring out of towners. It combines contemporary with a view on the water to die for! The Fumari hookahs I have not even seen in the states, the menus are IPADS, and the scene is perfect for all ages. They also have an adorable bakery to order from (macarons there were pretty good). Make sure you order a lemonade or any fruity drink from their menu! Their display is to die for! Now- I ordered a haloomi salad that I enjoyed. However, I give it a four star because it is a teeeeensy overpriced. Iam really shocked how this restaurant is not 5 stars on yelp. I was in Istanbul back in december and i found at this place on my second day there. I have literally went to that place 11 times in just 7 days. This is more like a dream of any restaurant owner to own something like that. Its right infront of the water. Its HUGE with outdoor, indoor, and second floor seating. They have an amazing sweets shop attached to the cafe. I have really fell in love with this place. Service is beyond amazing. Their menua are on ipads and leaves one on the table for you track how long does your order is going to take to get to you. Their shisha is the best in istanbul and they are always fully staffed. Their washroom are 7 stars and the decor is breathe taking. I really think this the best shisha place i have been to around the world. Their food is delicious as well. Their sweets and juices are awesome too. Every single thing i tried their was just on point. The only thing that someone might complain about is that they are expensive and the shisha is around 50-75 TL but honestly its so reasonable for me according to the quality of food, shisha, and service. I have been in this restaurant yesterday night and until end of the night everything was great. They have great location. Enough quality of service, quite nice staff and not perfect but ok food. They are serving small chocolate wth Turkish coffee and they are so cute and tasty ,we were there for 12 people for business dinner and we enjoyed it so much. But at the end of the night my friends ask them get one of these small chocolates for his wife's to make small gesture but even we have paid lots of bill they asked 5tl for it and it was so unprofessional and rude to ask for money.
