Biggest mistake of my life was calling Hupy. have never been so embarrassed by someone's else's incompetence when my life depended on it. My lawsuit went on for ten years "due to you still seeking medical treatment" and being told "don't worry about that" or "that doesn't matter". What I said or thought didn't matter. I also trusted in someone who is suppose to be an expert in personal injury law and "worked" with someone who did believe they would receive a settlement and rested on their laurels even while standing in court. We were just put on the phone with someone named Barbara who said she was working from home and she works for the Illinois Iowa and Wisconsin something and she determines whether attorneys will help or not.  I inform Barbara who works from home that July's I was hit by a semi truck that totaled my car.  September I was customer of a gas station. I was  assaulted and punched in my face by a stranger at a gas station who was picking up drugs from the employee of the gas station. The stranger punched me in my face and said white supremacy bitch.  December I was rear-ended and hit by another car. Barber informed me that she can't help me and this law firm can't help me with any of those situations because they don't represent people who have been assaulted and they can't help people who have been in car accidents this place is a joke and a scam you're misrepresenting your services and Barbara's customer service was so disgusting and racially profiling there was no reason for me to have a conversation at all with her or even call this law firm don't waste your time here. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I'm still dealing with issues from a motorcycle a accident back in 2009 where I was hit by a drunk driver. I was 19 at the time and my family and I had never gone through anything like this. Long story short Hupy and Abraham just wanted to get paid and close the case, what I signed had completely cleared the woman who hit me for any future medical expenses...I had over $400,000 of surgeries on my left leg and a chipped bone on my shoulder, obviously I still have many issues to this day that I cant afford to pay for any extra care. I shouldn't have to continue to live with a burden like this for someone else's decision to run into me. Hupy and Abraham should have been the first to know that I would have complications for a long time and nothing was put in place for future damages and I'm dealing with it today. The people they choose to call you are not nice or empathetic at all. I was searching for a firm, for a case for my daughter. Apparently I emailed them a few months prior (which I did not remember). I received an email back after doing an online chat with someone and giving them details of my daughter's case. The blanket email simply said something like someone will call you back. A day went by with no call or email. I did the chat thing again stating I did not hear from anyone one way or the other. That chat prompted 'Andrew' to call me back (not nicely) saying you contacted us back in October and we told you then we couldn't help you so we didn't bother calling you again. I said I did not recall who I contacted back then. He repeated again what he just said and told me to keep a log of who I call and I could take their name off my list. read more

Wow - What a scam. They run commercials saying they have won over a billion dollars in settlements. Meaning they got 333,000 fees. When you call them - you cannot reach an actual lawye - when you do they are dodgy. Most of their cases involve $1,000 in rent dispute. Their glowing online reviews are because they put up their own employees to write them or else. You will talk to an attorney only once or twice, when they call you to pressure you into settling. Waited 2 years for them to get their cut. My lawyer boasted he was #1 in the state. An 80 yr. old lady coming from opposite direction made left hand turn in front of me on my motorcycle. Had internal bleeding all the skin covering my knee gone! Bike totaled! Emergency room wrapped me up gave me some drugs and sent me home. If I hadn't gone back to emergency room when I did I'd be dead. Had a lot of blood loss. Admitted into hospital and had 2 surgeries. She asked me what I wanted to make it right and I said, "I want the $2,000 you took from us, but I'm not going to hold my breath. A letter from our attorney explaining the discrepancy in the check would be nice, however."
