After contacting the company for quotation for of a simple pool feature with a deadline of 2.5 months I was asked to attend a Zoom meeting to discuss. No problem until the questions in the meeting started to inquire as to my personal family. What does it matter how many people live at the property? How does this impact a waterfall feature to an existing pool? After declining to answer any personal questions I was told they couldn't help me. Obviously cannot recommend and would advise others as to question why they need personal information for such simple works, not like they're building the house. read more
