He managed his crew efficiently. Maurice, Howard, Tony were strong and smart and very accommodating. They took direction well and all four stuck to the daunting task of finishing. There were even a few surprise areas that weren't noticed in the initial survey, but Phillip stepped up and really helped me out. We filled the whole dumpster and still had some more debris in the basement, so we asked them for a quote to haul it away. They came by a few hours later, gave us the quote (reasonable) and started taking it away right then. They hustled the whole time and got it done quickly.
