I am in the process of remodeling my kitchen and therefore shopped around for a good price on a…read moreroll off dumpster. I talked to Chris with Thomas Roll offs on the phone May 11th, 2021, to set up a drop off on May 27th, 2021. He was friendly and assured me he could have a roll off at my house on the 27th and that he would call me the day before for payment. I wanted to make sure that everything was good so I both called and text on the 25th. The next day I got a text saying, he could bring it on the 27th if I still needed it. I assured him on text that I still needed it. Then the 27th came around and went, no call saying he was running late or that he wouldn't be able to make it or anything at all, just a total no show. I tried to call him on the 28th (today) and I got no call or text at all again. I now have to wait until Thursday to get a roll off from another company because that is the soonest I can get one, which means the cabinets and rest of the trash I have to put into a pile on the side of my house until the roll off gets here. Not the end of the world but very inconvenient. I always try to use smaller companies because they tend to be a little cheaper and 2 because of the the pandemic. I figured smaller companies could use the business. I would not recommend this company to anyone as obviously they are unreliable and will not answer phone at all and rarely answer text messages.
