Tried to get the driver to call the shop but as he was too scared called them myself. Was greeted by a giggling adolescent named 'Alex' who clearly had no training in customer service. An hour later we called to enquire and were told that WE TOLD THEM TO CANCEL OUR ORDER. Meanwhile our guests are left wondering why a pizza business can't deliver pizza.
