One of the busiest Saturdays of the year, long lines with hundreds of customers and few counter personnel. The cashiers seem to spend more time away from the registers than behind them. Confusing waiting lines and every transaction takes for-ev-er. Each line is for a different category. Want to buy fries and iced coffee? Wait in two lines!! Just buying a bottle of water will take 30 minutes. Why are there no vending machines? The 5.50€ entrance fee buys you an entrance to purgatory.

The mile long man made beach beside the beautiful Wannsee lake is a great place to kick back and relax. A family ticket is EUR8 and you can hire large wicker baskets to sit in if you want. The water is very clean and child friendly as it has a very gentle incline into the water. There are plenty of toilets as well as stalls selling food, drink and ice-cream

Very nice little beach to stop and take a break from all the shopping, eating, and walking around…read more Loaded with beach chairs, stretchers and sand, you can get a nice cold brew and sit in the sun. There are burgers & fries available although i cant speak to the quality as i just went with a liquid lunch ;) I highly recommend spending an hour here for a couple of beers & a bathroom break if you are a tourist visiting the area. There is also a fun photo booth by the entrance to commemorate your visit!

One of the most fun places in berlin to spend time at in the summer, you can take a swim in the lake, eat the delicious pizza at cucina inflagranti near the beach bar and you can grab a refreshing aperol spritz while enjoying some vinyl being played in the boat DJ booth by amazing DJs from all over. If you go to the far left of the beach there is a private nude part of the beach that has a room you can get a massage at. 10/10 recommend , one of my favorite places in berlin!

Es existieren zwei Gruppen-Umkleideräume (Mann, Frau) mit jeweils ca. 20 Spints, die zu einem guten Teil nicht nutzbar sind, weil ihre Schlösser aufgebrochen wurden. Es schließt sich jeweils eine Mannschaftsdusche an, die ebenso heruntergekommen und oftmals dreckig ist wie die Umkleideräume selbst. Der Strand selbst ist OK und wird von einem engagierten Bademeister betreut.
