So they said they would respond to my request in the afternoon yesterday. Today at 8am I was there to raise awareness to be fair because they are so busy. I'd give them the opportunity to make it right. So they gave me an option of 9am Today or 5pm I sad 9am. Now I am here and the clueless guy in charge of "helping" with the schedule says I have no appointments at all. Not today. He insisted I misunderstood because he assumed I didn't understand Spanish well enough.
