My daughter was trying out for student council at her school and we decided to do 100 custom balloons to pass out to students for her campaign.  We wanted balloons with her picture on them along with different slogans. This company was fantastic, the balloons ended up so cute with such great visuals.  They went out of their way to make sure I received my balloons on time to bring them to the school on the day I needed them. We barely had time to set up before all the kids noticed and rushed up to look at them and get one... it was so fun! Would recommend for any event. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I needed some balloons printed with a logo for an event. I called ahead of time to make sure that they could meet my deadline. I requested a proof and had to email Mark to get the requested proof a week after I had placed my order. I received the proof and requested a minor change. I never received a modified proof or approved any proof. Four days later, I emailed to see what the status of my order was, and I realized that there was no way that I would receive my order in time with the shipping that I had paid for. Due to this, I requested to cancel my order. Three days later I finally received a response letting me know that I should have received my order that day. When I took the balloons in to be filled with helium, I realized that the majority of them were badly smudged and unusable. I'm assuming they were printed and packaged with no drying/setting time. I emailed Mark letting him know that and requested a refund. He asked me to send the balloons back to him so he could see what happened. I sent the balloons back and the post office attempted to deliver them with a note saying that no authorized person was available to receive shipment (I requested a signature to confirm delivery). Do not buy from this company unless you enjoy throwing your money away. I love to support small businesses, and unfortunately businesses like this make it difficult. The lack of communication was very stressful given my deadline. I ordered from a large website with a 24 hour turnaround time and received a perfect product. read more
