I ordered the hot dog combo that came with a canned drink and 3 potato wedges. The hot dogs here usually come with chili, onions, mustard, and ketchup. I asked for no onions and she confirmed with me no fewer than three times, "No Onions?" I appreciated that. I took my meal out to the car and enjoyed. Everything was hot and the chili had great flavor. While it may be sacrilegious, I enjoy ketchup on my hot dog every now and then. The wedges were perfection - crispy outside and soft inside. I wish they were seasoned a bit more. The other things on the hot bar looked awesome, especially the meatloaf and meatballs. I want to go back here!

I much prefer shopping somewhere local, though. They have a good selection of food, skin and hair care, supplements, and wine. They don't have a produce section. It's more of organic/natural pantry foods and cooking needs. It is smaller and privately owned, so don't expect to find an endless selection of products like Whole Foods. However, if you can plan ahead and be patient, they will make a special order for anything you can't find in the store. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am elated to have a health food store in Goldsboro. PS - if you're looking, it's on Spence between Ash and Royal. If you're coming from Ash it's on the right side after Sprint and right after Valvoline.

I got the two hot dog special. Dog one had chili, slaw, and mustard. Dog two had pimento cheese. They use Brightleaf hot dogs here which I think are delicious but if you don't like the bright red pork dogs, you may want to go elsewhere. Buns were super soft; untoasted. Toppings were good. Chili, slaw, and mustard blended well together. They put the pimento cheese under the dog which is fine, but it meant it squirted out of the bun as I ate. Price for all that (two hot dogs, can of soda, bag of chips) was reasonable. $6.50 I think. Overall, it was ok.
