I'm giving this place a 4* review because the owner/proprietor recommended a restaurant 2 blocks away called the Schelling Salon that was truly great. I played pool, ate smoke trout with horseradish sauce and drank beer. So, thanks. For sure... If you're an American traveling in Germany you'll find a decent used book here for a decent price.

All I can say is, wow…read more This bookstore has one of the most amazing collections of books that are in print that I have seen both in Germany and the United States. They have a huge collection of art books and oversize children's books, all of the highest quality. The owner of the bookstore is typically working, or his wife. They are very passionate about the books and take a lot of pride in their choice of stock. If you were looking for something out of the ordinary, or something that you would think is impossible to find, stop in and have a look. Alles, was ich sagen kann ist, wow. Diese Buchhandlung hat eine der schönsten Sammlungen der Bücher, die in gedruckter Form, die ich in Deutschland und den Vereinigten Staaten zu sehen sind.
