This is a giant books store. I didn't notice how big it was from the outside, but once I stepped in...whoa! It is four, that's right FOUR stories of books. They also have fun areas of nick-nacks such as calendars, journals, cards etc. They even have a little cafe downstairs. I didn't buy anything on this day, but I definitely will be back. read more

A destination in Frankfurt for those who love or are in need of books. There are several floors in this metropolis and plenty of staff on every one of them to assist you. Expect a wide selection in every imaginable category. There's even a room dedicated for books in English on the ground floor. And, yes, this is "that place" where the ubiquitous canvas bags with faux midieval writing come from in Germany. read more

Apart from having a huge range of books and a laid back atmosphere there are loads of English books, the main attraction for me!

I've been here many times. It's a great store, but they don't seem to have near as many history books and graphic novels now as they did in the past. Still, it's a great place to browse all the latest books. Bonus: there is a public toilet on the top floor. read more

A huge book store. If you are looking for a specific book its quite sure you'll find it here. Thought that more people order there books online but this shop is always packed with people. There is a small cafeteria at the basement level. There are a lot of small places in here where you can grab you a book and start reading if its the right one for you. read more

I used to spend quite a bit of time in this place when living in Frankfurt. Used to enjoy grabbing a couple books, heading down to the basement for a coffee and just hanging out for a couple hours. Great selection of English language books but thankfully, I was also able to read German at this point and tended to buy quite a few books here. I found the staff to usually be helpful when you could find them, there was usually a seat to be found in some corner except for the most busiest of days and the atmosphere was inviting. One big minus point is the toilet on the top floor. I don't know if its gotten better but it used to be filthy and stank beyond belief. For such a nice place, a big drawback in my opinion. read more

This is my favorite bookshop in Frankfurt. They have all sorts of book and a good English language selection. If you are learning German they have a great selection of language books here as well. I like the general atmosphere of the store and its location. Stuff is very helpful and kind. read more

If you like books then will be a pleasure to slump into this huuuge books Universe. I found a good assortment of language books to learn german but there are many books in english as well. Helpful staff, well organized. Even if is packed on saturday you don't feel in the middle of a caos..well I didn't! Everybody finds some space in there. Besides books they have a nice assortment of gadgets, social games, etc. It's very pleasant to sit in the coffee space to have a nice peace of cake and a huuge cup of coffee. Definitively positive experience, I recommend it. read more

Riesenladen mit Riesenauswahl, extra Store mit englischsprachigen Büchern, könnte dort stundenlang drin stöbern; durch die Buchpreisbindung kostet sowiso jedes Buch überall das gleiche, aber so eine Auswahl wie hier kenne ich kein zweites mal. read more
