Didnt think anything of the weekend that I was told to come in. Drove 40 min. south, the place looked deserted. Looked online and their hours showed that they were CLOSED on Sunday. Checked their website for clarification. Also showed CLOSED on Sunday. Called their number just for a triple verification, and sure enough, it stated that they are closed. Now, this is for normal business hours as I was told the DAY AFTER I was scheduled to pick up my equipment. You can pick up equipment even if they are closed for business. THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATED. Whats worse, is the very next morning when they opened, I called, and they could not issue me the equipment I was apparently supposed to get the night before. Even though it was still there. Crock of crap. Go somewhere else.

Today I got a boy message saying the practice has closed and basically that they are gone and can't help with anything. They supposedly have a person on the "transition team" checking voicemail. We'll see. I left a message that if I don't hear back from them in a week I am filing a fraud claim.

I spoke to others with sleep studies at other locations and they were provided a copy of the results the morning after. I called numerous times to ask for my copy of the sleep study results and they finally provided after 2 weeks at close of business. The bed was ok but not the most comfortable but the room was ok.

(They said they didn't get it.) Then when they got it, they needed photo ID to release it. On one of the studies they had my name on the list for the evening , but the hospital had nothing and they almost would not let me stay for the study. They schedule appts and don't have any earlier, but when I mention I will see if I can find another facility, they mysteriously have an earlier appt.

In early August 2025, I was assured they could help me get my CPAP supplies. I traveled to their office, completed the paperwork with Ashley, and had my doctor fax over the prescription. From there, it was nothing but weeks of runaround, empty promises, and flat-out incompetence. Every time I called, Ashley told me the same thing: "Your order will go out at the end of the week." That call never came. Not once. By mid-September, I was still without equipment. When I finally spoke to someone new and asked for a supervisor, I got "Courtney." From the second she got on the phone, she was rude, condescending, and dismissive. She didn't greet me, didn't listen to my concerns, and cut me off mid-sentence to demand who I had talked to before. When I explained it was Ashley, she snapped, "Oh, she doesn't work here anymore--that's where the breakdown happened!" as if that excused weeks of delays and lies. Even worse, Courtney admitted there was no order at all in their system. The only thing they had was my doctor's prescription, which she then claimed was incorrect. I asked how no one thought to call me, or note any of my MANY follow-up calls, and she just said "No!"--no explanation, no accountability. When I pressed for details, she raised her voice at me, talked over me, and then told me she was canceling my (nonexistent) order before hanging up on me. This office is unprofessional, unorganized, and frankly, careless with people's health. CPAP supplies are not a luxury--they are a medical necessity. To be treated this way, with such disregard, is unacceptable. I will never recommend Texas Sleep Centers to anyone.

When we went the next day the place was closed. Apparently they closed early for the weekend but failed to place a notice for all to see knowly that we would be bringing back the device the next day. Since, my wife has been trying to get the results of the study and has been calling with no luck! I would NOT recommend this place.

The room has a tv and recliner chair. Try to get there as early as you can before your appointment. The set up process takes some time. If all 5 rooms are occupied, it can take the staff some time to get you all hooked up. Is rather get that done sooner than later & get to sleep, because wake up time is early. BYO blankets and pillows! Even though the materials say that the room has hotel set up- the bedding is atrocious. Plastic pillows have the pillowcase slide right off. The blanket is thin, and even though there is a closet full of down comforters, I was told those are just for show & photography sessions. I also had a much better experience with the billing department than I had with another sleep center in town.
