Our family of 8 dined here on father's day food was great but our server leta was amazing we have never had a better server anywhere she was sweet and patient our grandson was having a rough day and was fussy, had colic we also had our 7 yr old twins grand babies with us who were bored and fighting so all the parents were having a hard time eating but our server was amazing and had the twins do a coloring contest on their cups which calmed them down and surprisingly she even held our baby for a bit so we could enjoy our meals real fast and she made us so comfortable we trusted her with him so we just wanted to let you know you have a star server there and we will definitely be returning to see leta thank you for an amazing experience huckleberries! read more

My friend and I came here for brekkie this morning because we heard a lot of murmuring about how yummy this spot was from a bunch of our coworkers. Huckleberry"s is a Cajun-styled breakfast and brunch spot located in Clovis right across from Costco with a huge parking lot! luckily we got there early enough because when we left around 9am, the line was out the door and around the corner! We had ordered the fried green tomatoes for an appetizer with a couple of huckleberry mimosas which were very refreshing (definitely a must-try)! Since I eat a pescatarian/vegetarian diet, there aren't many options on their menu so Our server Humberto, suggested the eggs Benedict (without the eggs) for my main meal, I didn't truly care for it so I just stuck with my hotcakes. My friend had the catfish with grits and half a waffle(yea you can do that here) her grits were very dry and clumpy, but that catfish....PERFECTION!!! Decent breakfast place. Been driving passed this place and finally get to try it. Came on a Saturday morning with family and the wait was 20 minutes, which is not too bad. We ordered beignets, cajun omelets, and cajun benedict. The Cajun omelets came with either biscuit, muffin, or toast. We requested our hash brown to be extra crispy. The omelet was okay. It was lacking flavors and pretty band. The hash brown was not as crispy. The biscuit was yummy. Since I didn't try the benedict, I am not sure how it turned out. Our server was very patience and attentively. Overall it's a decent breakfast place with variety of options on the menu. Would like to try their lunch menu next time. read more

Had an amazing brunch experience at Huckleberry's. The restaurant was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. It was my first time there so I was unsure of what to order. I asked my waitress whose name was Nessa, she was so friendly and recommended the Huckleberry waffle. I was so pleased with my food and the recommendation was 10/10. It was so bad I felt like I could make it better at home the chily tasted like it was from a can and the burger was dripping watter because of the lettuce they washed and didn't dry. Mother ordered their egg white garden skillet with ham added to it and a Huckelberrys muffin. They have definitely downgraded their menu. Thank you Covid-19. No wheat pancakes or blueberry pancakes. Only plain pancakes. We went to pick it up. I went in to buy it. The workers were very nice and welcoming. They were so appreciative given Covid-19. Happy to help. Took the order home. The last couple of times I've been in Fresno to visit my elderly relatives, I've taken them to Huckleberry's and everyone went away full and happy! The service is exceptional, and they've got an outstanding menu that's especially pleasing to Seniors. Honestly, not too sure why this place doesn't have a higher rating. We went on a busy Sunday morning, waited about 30 mins for our table, they text you when its ready which is nice, we ordered A LOT of food and drinks and our service was seriously TOP NOTCH. Everything came out quick, delicious and the staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet. I believe the manager even came around to make sure we had a good experience which we did. I had the crab cake Benedict and a side of the stuffed French toast and my boyfriend got the stacked chicken and waffles which he loved. Also got the bloody Mary's which were delicious!! Well I hate leaving this review but since this has happened before and I didn't leave a review, I thought maybe I would try one more time. Well this makes twice! I walked into Huckaberry' in Clovis at 1: 15 or so to grab some lunch. I was asked how many and I gestured with my finger and verbally 1 person. I was then told by a lady who was counting money behind the cash register that someone would be with me so I waited. I was finally seated after a few mins then told by the young man seating me that someone would be with me. No worries. The restaurant was not very busty at all maybe 8 or 10 people there. I sat for approximately 12 mins. No one approached my table. I wasn't even offered anything to drink! I am small business owner on Bullard and Villa and would never have a customer waiting like this. After a few more minutes, I decided I had enough, got up and walked out! What is the problem?? Why treat customers like this? I was very respectful and had zero negative interactions with any of the staff so explain it to me?? Like I stated earlier, I let the first time go but not this time! I will make sure that my customers know about this and I will make sure to enlighten them as to how they will possibly be treated if they elect to dine at Huckaberry's! There is an old saying, take care how you treat people because you never know who you are mistreating. I do business with quite a few other businessman and business women in the area, some of whom are my clients! I order from here often to get the California Benedict because they are usually amazing. Today I picked up my order and the entire meal was wrong. The Benedict was missing the green tomatoe on one side only, the balsamic was missing and the potatoes I ordered were supposed to have the green peppers and onions, also missing. Very disappointing. I called to tell them and because it was a pick up order through doordash they wanted me to drive the 5 miles back to get a new order but didn't wanna refund it and door dash only gave a 5.00 credit. Regardless if they are busy or not, orders should be looked at at confirmed correct by the bagger if the cooks aren't going to be reliable. Won't be ordering from this location any longer. read more

Pretty good experience. The service was not super attentive. Pretty much sit you down, take your order bring your food and then the check. I like to have water while I eat, and checking for refills is a huge plus for me. Ok the food. Pretty awesome. Chicken fried steak and eggs. Very good, love the gravy. I thought the biscuits and gravy I got were just ok. The gravy is solid but the biscuit was dry. I did get a chance to have a waffle and OMG sooooooo goooood. The Food Was absolutely terrible ordered chicken and waffles and was not warm. All the chicken was cold and dry and tough not to mention It only came with two small pieces for $15. The waffles were soggy and cold as well. My boyfriend ordered Benedict crabcakes and they had a nasty flavor. I took one bite and didn't want any more. I did think that the green tomatoes were pretty yummy. The waitress was friendly. I should've complained but just wasn't in the mood to be honest. I would definitely not recommend this place . Super disappointed. I've only been here one other time and don't remember it being very good but definitely won't come back. We didn't know Huckleberry's finally opened but went first chance we had. The wait was long, we were told 10/15 mins ended up being 40 mins for 2adults 1 child. We've been to the other Hucks so happy we finally got one in Clovis. Coffee, was good but there was no regular sugar on the table and I never got my cup refilled not once nor offered a refill but they were going around refilling ice tea. I ordered a side of potatoes with bells and onions, the waitress didn't bring them.
