Our insurance cards were new and had the wrong name of our doctor. "Dr. Linder". They refused to keep our appointment so my wife could get her prescription for her life saving high pressure medicine. They were more concerned about the business transaction that the patient's needs. After numerous times of us trying "not the staff" we got confirmations that they had changed and corrected the mistake at the insurance office "United Health Care" They even refused to except conformation over the phone from the insurance people. Again, more confirmation because his staff refused to let us see someone to renew our medicine. They furthermore refused our 3.00 appointment because they didn't except or had the opportunity to use confirmation on their commuter. Furthermore, I went to the main person overseeing the situation at hand and she stood firm on their decisions. After I told her i was going to call Dr. Linder and explain the situation that business could always be handled later, after all we had been his patient for 12 years. We barley owned ever any money on in arrears in billing. She quickly called the front desk and put us on seeing the nurse to get some lab workup to receive our medicine. So, to the point. A lifesaving medicine was denied for misinformation of insurance and staff thought business was more important than the patient health and safety. Not the big upset is for a total of three hours they ignored my wife sitting alone in an examine room because they were pissed. Three people came in and i asked their appointment dates. Which was 2 hrs. later than ours and one person was a walk in. After everyone had left being seen. I watched for 35 mins the nurse walk by my wife's room and ignored her. I finally looked at her and knowing she and the rest of the "get back clan" finally knew what i saw. A 3.00 appointment turned into 3 hours. Their excuse was i had told them that is was so augured i canceled by appointment. "THAT IS A LIE". I told them my wife needs her medicine and she will be in the examine room but i was leaving. I know this is one ear and out the other. I will never set foot in the Dr. Linder's office in Batesville Ms again. I will find a doctor whose staff cares more for the patients that anomalies that happen during the visits. His staff should all not be in health care but working in a bank or selling clothes. D. I have been coming to this clinic for 3 years now and i have never been impressed. Dr. Linder, my VA recommended doctor was a decent doctor the first year, now he is forgetful and never returns phone calls, no does he follow up with the innumerable specialty clinic referrals he's supposed to make. Tanya, the appointment nurse commonly gets me confused with other patients. Pam the account rep has sent me multiple bills in error. She commonly bills the VA for services i have not received. Today was the last straw as i have a 2:00 pm appointment and it's exactly 3:07 pm right now and i still have not been called back. As i went to check on delay, the check in rep snapped, complaining about being very busy, was unapologetic and said she'd get to me when she gets to me. Wrong answer to an already unhappy customer! Dr. Linder is a joke. He lies, forgets to follow up on making referrals all the time, defends Pam, the medical bill rep even when I revealed that she billed the VA on my behalf for services I didn't even received. When I threatened to inform the VA she deleted the debt. This is what Dr. Linder defended. This office is run like a slaveship! Unorganized, hillbilly corruption. Try it for yourself. My appointment was for 2:00 pm. I wasn't called back to the see the doctor until 4:11 pm. After 1.5 hours of waiting i asked the check in rep when will i be called back, a reasonable question, she snapped. I found it interesting that it was 41 minutes after that I finally got seen but again horrible service. Strangers walking into the treatment area was another concern especially with this pandemic raging on! Needless to say, i have a formal complaint with the VA in the works concerning all. By the way be aware of Dr. Linder referring you to his pharmacy.

My husband was a patient also and they charged him for services he did not get and kept saying he owed money everytime he went there. He would pay what they told him he owed and then the next visit they would up the price he owed. He has two dental insurances and should not have owed the outrageous amounts they said he owed. This place is legitimately trying to fraud people. This has truly been the worst experience we have ever had with any business anywhere. She was scared of going to the dentist before and that was a big part of why it took so long but after seeing Dr. Thompson, she's very adamant about caring for her teeth better now. We will definitely use her as our family dentist and I would recommend her to ANYBODY!! The staff was so awesome!
