A good bank that has every service you could need. Although this bank doesn't have a counter it makes up for it with all the machines that it has. You can pay in cash and cheques as well as coins, and of course withdraw your money too. There are phones for telephone banking as well as terminals for getting full statement print outs, also internet terminals for internet banking. The staff are very keen to help you if you experience any problems with the machines and are polite and friendly. This branch is open Monday to Friday and all day Saturday as well. read more

We have a business account with this branch, which runs okay. Their online banking is okay but it is annoying that you can only view transactions for the last month or two. (Compared to my previous bank where you had six years' statement history, but awful service!). The Yeovil branch is convenient and there is always someone around to help if need be. read more

The Yeovil branch of HSBC is located right in the centre of town, which is very convenient. There are two ATMs on the exterior, but you stand a real chance of being knocked off your feet by throngs of pedestrians during lunch times for instance. Inside, you'll find more ATMs and the deposit machines arranged in a lobby. Then there's the counter where you take care of all other business. Overall this branch will let you take care of your everyday banking needs, but wont be as convenient if you're looking for information on a specialized banking product or if you're experiencing problems in the banking. read more
