Being right next door to Hotel & Suites PF, it looks like they took a corner of the building just to have ATMs locates here. I was very tempted to pull out more cash but I still have plenty of pesos going home. Everyone does the creative parking around here while avoiding the front of the hotel for valet parking. Drop off and pick up are done as well so don't want to block that access. I think it's smart to be next to the hotel because as tourists, I can always withdrawal money for another day of adventures.

It has involved changed air flights, accommodation and European travel cancelation, not to mention all the additional charges for HOA (Maintenance fees), electricity, etc.) to me as the seller. As a vacation rental, I cannot risk renting if I must present it to the owner as they saw it. It's incredible to me that there is no recourse for the damages they have caused.
