You do not want to use the ATM machines at HSBC. The transaction fee is twice that of other banks, AND even if you reject HSBC's exchange rate, you are still being charged a conversion fee about 3% more than other banks. I found out after using the HSBC ATM and then a compeitor's ATM. read more
