I explained to him that the job of a backup unit is the convert battery power to 110v power when then lights go out. Like, in a hurricane. He condescendingly stuck to his definition and I did not buy the battery. But his attitude was very poor. The last time i will buy there. Overpriced anyway.

He was so helpful and even said he was not the closest repair shop to the cruise port, but I went there anyway because he was so helpful. Explained everything about what I could expect and the possible costs. Good news is I only needed and battery and not a new screen. I would recommend this shop to anyone needing iPhone help!!
